1 · Snapshot

The keeper snapshots holders, builds a Merkle tree of ticket ranges and posts the root on-chain with a link to the full list.

2 · Challenge

For 30 minutes the list is public and no draw is possible. Anyone can recompute the root.

3 · Draw

Anyone calls request_draw. The program pins a slot ~3s in the future, whose hash does not exist yet.

4 · Deliver

The pinned slot hash picks the winning ticket. Anyone submits the winner's proof and the vault sends the NFT.
